I need to attain a read range of approximately 1 to 3 meters (3.3 to 9.8 feet). What antenna would you recommend I purchase?

Hiba,

You can probably achieve a 3-meter read range with any standard passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) RFID patch antenna. However, your question would best be put to the company that manufactures the reader, as it may have optimized the device to work best with antennas from certain suppliers.
