Which one do you think will become the standard

Different highway agencies use different toll-collection systems, with different protocols. Some of the older active RFID systems use proprietary air-interface protocols. New systems that employ passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) transponders typically utilize the ISO 18000-6B or ISO 18000-6C standard. I would say that as passive systems become more common, ISO 18000-6C will become the standard.
