Most RFID companies, including Avery Dennison, Invengo and Smartrac Group, offer small tags suitable for tracking pill bottles. There are also tags available for tracking ampules and other form factors used in the pharmaceutical sector. Pricing depends on volume. I suggest you contact these companies and request a quote from them, based on the types of tags you need and the volume required.
