RFID Journal Staff asked 7 years ago I found three jaguars in Mexico with the same ID. The first three numbers are 900. How can I detect the transponder's manufacturer?

A serial number is unlikely to reveal which company manufactured a particular RFID transponder. Even if you were to remove a tag from an animal, the transponder might not have any markings that would indicate the maker. You would need to find out who tagged the animal and ask that company from whom it purchased the transponder. Another option might be to contact companies in Mexico that sell transponders for tagging animals and find out if they are aware of any project to tag jaguars.
