I am unaware of any universities that offer an RFID degree or certification, but the RFID Professional Institute has created a certification exam, and independent training companies offer education to those who want to become certified. RFID4U will provide training at the upcoming RFID Journal LIVE! conference, being held in Phoenix, Ariz., on May 9-11, 2017 (see Fast-Track RFID Professional Institute Certified Associate Training).
