Murata Manufacturing offers an RFID transponder for printed circuit boards (PCBs) known as the MagicStrap (see New Component to Simplify RFID Tag Production). The product can be placed directly on a printed circuit board using industry-standard pick-and-place equipment, and it can either be glued or soldered to the PCB. I have not heard of an RFID tag that can be printed as part of the PCB.
