We are not tracking this. However, one company offering such tags, Graphene Security Ltd., is an exhibitor at RFID Journal LIVE! and a finalist for Best New Product in our 2016 RFID Journal Awards (see Finalists Unveiled for 10th Annual RFID Journal Awards). I have not seen any statistics regarding the percentage of tags that are made of graphene, but I expect that the number will grow over time, due to graphene's low cost and environmentally friendly nature.
