Can RFID Tags Trigger a MOSFET?
Are there any passive tags currently on the market that can trigger a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (or MOSFET—a device used for amplifying or switching electronic signals) utilizing power from the transmission?
I am unaware of any such RFID tag. If any of our readers know of a tag that can do this, please post information below. Thank you.
