Does Any Company Make an Implantable Transponder Smaller Than 0.05 Inch?
We are turtle and tortoise breeders from Brazil who operate an import company, and we need to buy the smallest implantable RFID microchip there is. We are currently using a low-frequency (LF) transponder in a glass ampule measuring 1.25 millimeters by 7 millimeters (0.05 inch by 0.28 inch). Where can we find a smaller model of transponder?
I am unaware of any LF implantable ampule transponders smaller than the one you are currently using. If any of our readers are aware of a smaller model that can be implanted in animals, they are invited to post information below.
