Where Can I Learn About RFID's Use in Hazardous Environments?
Can you refer me to some case studies, or recommend a technology provider that has deployed radio frequency identification (passive or active) in a location containing high amounts of ammonia, for the purpose of people-tracking?
I am unaware of any specific examples of RFID being deployed within an ammonia-heavy environment. There have been case studies involving the use of RFID to track hazardous materials, however, which might be of use to you. Here are three we've published:
