Ask The Experts Forum
Is the ISO 14443 Standard Read-Write or Read-Only?
Can I use the standard for both reading and writing to tags?
To answer your question, I reached out to Steve Halliday, a principal at the consulting firm High Tech Aid, who knows RFID standards inside and out. His response: "14443 is the basis for NFC [Near Field Communication], and is read-write."
