On July 13, 2021, RFID Journal hosted its webinar "How Manufacturers Can Improve Tracking of Materials, Parts and Finished Goods," sponsored by  Turck. During this presentation, Turck's Raymond Wenzel and Heikki Haavisto explained how to attain better visibility into manufacturing processes with a cost-effective RFID solution.

This online event discussed the role of gate systems, forklift and conveyor options, and other methods for capturing valuable data, and those who attended learned how to gain complete control over materials and assets. Real-world case studies in both Tier 1 automaker and other end-user manufacturing examples were provided, revealing how these companies reduced errors, sped up production and achieved greater insight into inventory positions via real-time data.
