I can probably give you the names of 25 companies that could provide an off-the-shelf tag that would meet your needs, or could customize one for you. I think the real question is this: What are your needs?
My suggestion would be to think through very carefully and deliberately what you want to achieve with an RFID system. If you simply wished to track inventory internally, that might require one type of tag. If you were planning to use the tags for after-sales support, however, that might necessitate a completely different model. If you were planning to do both, a third kind of tag might be needed.
I think it's important to consider how the tags can and will be used, what situations might arise, and who might benefit from their presence (and the data they can deliver) downstream. Taking your time and thinking through the business processes involved can help you save money and get to a better solution in the end.

You might also benefit from attending RFID Journal LIVE! 2019, which will be held in Phoenix, Ariz., on Apr. 2-4. You would learn a lot from the speakers and you'd be able to meet 50 or 60 tag providers that might be able to help you.
In short, finding a tag that would work on your product is easy. Finding a solution that could deliver a lot of value to you and your customers? That takes more work.
