TAP Maintenance and Engineering has deployed a solution for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) at Portugal's national airline (see Portuguese Airline TAPs Into RFID). The company has an office in Brazil, but I don't know if it can help you in Colombia.
Lufthansa Technik, a global provider of MRO services for commercial aircraft, and its Lufthansa Technik Logistik subsidiary have used an RFID application to track aircraft components (see Lufthansa Technik Uses RFID to Expedite Aircraft Repair), but I don't think it maintains operations in Latin America. RFID Global Solution has carried out some deployments in this area as well.
