Our RFID Connect site has a job board that occasionally offers listings. There is not a lot of hiring going on at present, though people do seem to switch from one company to another fairly frequently.
I would recommend that anyone looking to get into the RFID industry take the RFID Professional Institute certification exam. This would demonstrate that you have a base of knowledge about RFID systems. (Full disclosure: I am the chairman of the RFID Professional Institute.)
You can also post your résumé on our job board and try to network with those in the industry, via RFID Connect, LinkedIn and other sites. I believe that the number of companies hiring people with RFID experience will soon start to increase, and that it will rise dramatically during the next five years.
