Ask The ExpertsWhere Can I Find Passive RFID Tags Suitable for Laundry Management?

The tags should be able to withstand chlorine bleach and temperatures of up to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit), and should not leave any adhesive marks on linen.

Laundry tags can typically withstand 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius), but not 160 degrees Celsius, because most laundries do not require that level of heat. If you need something that can withstand 160 degrees Fahrenheit, I would recommend HID Global‘s SlimFlex Laundry Tag. This ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) tag can be sewn into garments, and can be applied via adhesive, though you would need to find an adhesive that would not leave marks on linen. Another option would be HID’s Logi Tag, which is a passive low-frequency (LF) or high-frequency (HF) tag in the form of a button that can be sewn onto a garment or be affixed via adhesives.
