Are there any passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) tags with such a range?

Kifu,
There are passive UHF RFID tags available that can be interrogated from a distance of 10 meters (33 feet), but these tags are large. It would not be possible to get a small tag with a long read range, because if you make a tag’s antenna smaller, it will harvest less energy from a reader, and thus send back a weak signal to the device.
