Are there any exceptions?

Dudi,
Most Near Field Communication (NFC) tags will work with the NFC readers in mobile phones. The only exception would be a phone that was three or four years old reading a tag that was new and based on the most recent version of the standard. In such a scenario, not all of the tag's features would be accessible via the phone—but even then, you should have no problem reading the tag.
