I am not exactly sure what you mean by “outside sticking RFID tags.” My guess is that you are looking for Near Field Communication (NFC) RFID stickers that can be placed on a cellphone, which cost roughly $1 to $1.25 each depending on volumes and features. You can find them online by searching for NFC stickers.
