And what is the use of sample codes in an SDK? Please provide some links so I can study these topics.

SDK stands for software development kit. An SDK typically includes software development tools enabling users to create applications or application programming interfaces (APIs) to back-end software apps. RFID reader manufacturers often provide such kits with their interrogators so that users can create applications able to utilize the data coming from the devices for some purpose. Sample code is sometimes included to show the types of applications or APIs that can be created.

I unfortunately do not have any specific resources I could point you to. What I would suggest is that you make a decision regarding which reader you wish to use, and then contact that product's manufacturer and request information about its SDK. Some reader manufacturers offer courses to help users develop applications for their devices.
