Yogi, you didn't mention which RFID frequency you will be encoding into the cards you are printing, but you might want to look into HID Global's Fargo ID Card printer-encoder. Brady offers a wide variety of printers that might suit your purpose, and SATO also makes printers, as well as offering services if you prefer to outsource that printing effort. Last year, SATO acquired Stafford Press, an on-demand label solutions company.
