Zebra Technologies purchased Motorola Solutions' Enterprise Business in 2014 (see Zebra Buys Motorola Solutions' Enterprise Business), so you could contact Zebra. Readers are generally sold through systems integrators, distributors and value-added resellers (VARs), and these companies handle tech support. I would suggest you contact the company from which you purchased the device. If you have a specific question about the reader's operation, let me know and I can try to obtain an answer for you from a systems integrator familiar with that model.
