Can this be done by using a mobile Near Field Communication system?

Dudi,
To be honest, I am not exactly sure what you are asking. The only device that has a Near Field Communication reader, a Bluetooth radio and a Wi-Fi transceiver is a smartphone. So you could read an NFC tag using a phone, then transmit the captured data to a back-end system via a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. I hope that answers your question.
