To answer your question, I reached out to Sanjiv Dua, the CEO of RFID4U, a leading RFID trading company. Sanjiv says that you should connect your MC3190 to the PC running your database using Bluetooth, Active Sync or Wi-Fi. Use SQL CE to synch with MS SQL or My SQL.
