It is very similar to the relationship between the Moon and apple pie—that is, there is none. There were rumors that the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare) would require Americans to be implanted with radio frequency transponders, but this was based on a misreading of a section that required unique identifiers on health-care devices. That section was removed before the final bill was passed. There is absolutely nothing in the law related to RFID.
