The only firm that offers RFID transponders linked to sensors that can gauge fuel levels, as far as I am aware, is Precyse Technologies (see Precyse Technologies' RFID System Uses Beacons to Extend Reach). It might be possible to link an off-the-shelf fuel sensor to an active RFID tag and capture the information that way. But you would need to find out how the active tags connect to sensors, and then ascertain if a sensor is available that would plug into that tag. If any of our readers have a product that would work, or know of one that would, please post information about it below.
