I am unaware of any tools exactly like the Ted Kit 2, which contains hardware and software used to evaluate and demonstrate the base station and transponder functionality of NXP chips. Impinj offers a reader evaluation kit and a reader development kit.
If you are looking for a way to test tag performance, I would recommend kits supplied by Voyantic. The company offers a variety of products that allow you to test tags under different conditions.
