Michael, there are a variety of companies from which to choose for high-volume industrial printing and encoding. An incomplete list that I'd recommend would include Delta ModTech, GAO RFID, Honeywell, Kirk-Rudy, Muehlbauer, Radio Tag, SATO and Zebra Technologies. You'll want to confirm with each of them whether their products can encode at the volumes you require, but some (probably most) certainly will. Solution providers such as RFID4U help companies design their encoding systems, so that is another approach. Good luck.
