How can I design (or where can I find) leaky line antennas or leaky cable antennas for UHF RFID readers?

I am not an RF engineer, so I cannot answer this question, and I don't know anyone who might be able to, so I will put it to our readership. If anyone has any advice for our questioner, please post it below.
