Besides tag replacement and exception handling, for what other real-world scenarios can we use RFID labels or tags with mobile printers? I would like to purchase printers that can be applied to multiple applications.

Mobile RFID printers are primarily used for exception handling. If a tag falls off an item or is not functioning, you can print a new tag at the location via a mobile printer. Another valuable use of such printers is to tag items at locations lacking Internet connectivity. I know of several companies that have provided mobile printers to co-packers so that they can tag items before shipping them. If any of our readers are aware of other uses for mobile RFID label printers, they are invited to post them below.
