Is it possible to have labels containing transponders with different antenna shapes?

Most label printers print one size of label. That RFID printer can print and encode transponders of a variety of antenna shapes, as long as they are within the same label size. Typically, you would purchase rolls of labels with specific transponders embedded in them. I should point out that while you can print labels with a variety of transponder types, it is typically cheaper to use a single type of transponder. That's because you get a discount for bulk orders, so purchasing one lot of 100,000 labels is usually less expensive than buying five lots containing 20,000 of each type of transponder.
