I'm sorry to report that no such printer exists.
When you feed media into a label printer, you feed in all labels either with RFID transponders, or without them. Labels come in spools, so it would not be possible to feed RFID labels and non-RFID labels on demand.
Typically, companies set up two printers—one with RFID labels and one without—and then send commands to the appropriate printer, depending on whether they want to print an RFID or bar-coded label.
