A number of mobile carts have been introduced throughout the years, but I am unsure how many are still for sale. I believe Venture Research still offers its IntelliCart, and Element ID has a mobile cart product listed on its website. ADT (now Sensormatic) introduced the Sensormatic RFID Mobile Cart in 2007 (see ADT Introduces New RFID Mobile Cart), but I am unsure if this is still available for sale.
You might also want to look at robots. Metralabs offers the TORY robot, which can go around any space and take inventory counts (see MetraLabs' TORY RFID Inventory Robot Celebrates First Jubilee). PAL Robotics offers a similar product (see PAL Robotics Rolls Out Tag-Reading Robot). I hope the above proves helpful.
