We have programmed a UHF RFID tag in North America. Can it be read in China using Chinese-regulated equipment?

Yes, you should be able to read the tag. The frequency band used in China differs from that employed in the United States. China uses 920.5 MHz to 924.5 MHz, whereas the United states utilizes 902 MHz to 928 MHz. Since the bands overlap, there won’t be an issue reading tags from the U.S. with readers set up under regulations in China.
