I really don't know. It seems unusual for a government agency to become a reseller of technology products, but I guess it depends on the laws of Greece. I encourage you to attend RFID Journal LIVE! 2015 to meet the more than 200 exhibitors that will be there, so you can find out if they are looking for a reseller in Eastern Europe. I would bet many would be eager to have representation in that region.
