There are no wireless antennas on the market, to my knowledge, but there are two options that might work for you. Mojix offers a passive real-time location system that separates the send and receive signals from the reader to the tag (see The Brightest Star and Mojix Announces the Availability of Its Next-Generation RFID System). Typically, the reader antenna sends out energy and then listens for a response from the tag. Mojix has separate devices that emit energy, and then its STAR phased-array antenna listens for the tag's response. Mojix offers wireless connectivity to the eNodes that power the tag, so there would be no coaxial cables, just power, running to the devices.
Another option would be to employ readers with an integrated antenna and that supports Power-over-Ethernet (POE) connectivity. These readers do not need coaxial cables. Among the models on the market that would match this criteria are Impinj's xPortal, ThingMagic's Astra and Alien Technology's ALR-9650.
