Do you know about the regulation known as Title 21, CFR Part 830.60? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Bhavik,
There are no regulations, to my knowledge, governing the use of passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) RFID in health care. AIM Global has been working on standardized tests to determine whether RFID systems interfere with medical equipment (see AIM Global to Develop Protocols for Testing Effects of RFID Emissions in Health Care). Title 21, CFR Part 830.60 deals with the unique identification of medical devices, but it does not require the use of radio frequency identification technology.
