Yes, there are several currently available on the market. Yeon Technologies, in Taiwan, manufactures passive ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) e-seals (see RFID-Enabled Electronic Seals). So does CAEN RFID (see RFID News Roundup: CAEN RFID Intros New Specialty UHF RFID Tags, UHF E-Seal, UHF Reader Gate/Portal) and a Czech company called HL (see UHF Secure E-Seal and UHF RFID Seal). In addition, French firm SealRF seems to offer such an e-seal, though I am unfamiliar with this company.
