In the United States, three states have outlawed the forced implantation of workers by employers: California, Wisconsin and North Dakota. Those are the only laws of which I am aware that address microchip implantation, though I assume forced implantation could be considered an assault. If anyone has knowledge about laws in other jurisdictions, they are invited to post information below.
