If such a home-use system exists, where can I buy it?

Donna,

There are solutions on the market, such as the A100 Aqua Alert Water Activated Safety Band, that will sound an alarm if they become wet. However, I am unaware of an RFID system that is available for home use that would issue an alert to your computer if your child were to fall into your pool.
