Is There a Power Limit for RFID That Does Not Require Product Certification?
If so, what would that be?
I believe that RFID readers are intentional radiators and, as such, must be certified by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, regardless of their power output (see Electronic Code of Federal Regulations).
