My company has a site license, but I am unable to log in using the Corporate Subscribers log in button. Why?
The Corporate Subscriber log in uses the IP address of your computer to recognize corporate subscribers. You can register one computer with a static IP address to use the system. Your IP address may not have been registered with the system, or your address may have changed. Check with your IT department to see if your IP address has changed. If not, send email to support@rfidjournal.com.
