Problems Using the RFID Journal Web Site
There could be several reasons why you are not receiving the newsletter. We send out a confirmation link after you sign up. This is an anti-spam measure (called double opt-in). If you didn't click on the link, your account is not activated. If you never received a confirmation email, it's likely that you typed your email address in wrong (or the activation message might have been blocked). To request activation, send e-mail to support@rfidjournal.com. If you did click on the activation link but you are not getting the newsletter, it may be because your IT department or your Internet service provider (ISP) is blocking the newsletter, thinking it is spam. Contact your ISP or IT department and ask for them to put RFID Journal on the "white list" or "allow list."

Click on Log In under the RFID Journal logo in the top left corner of every page. Then click on Forgot Your Password and enter your email address. If you still have a problem, send email to support@rfidjournal.com.

The Corporate Subscriber log in uses the IP address of your computer to recognize corporate subscribers. You can register one computer with a static IP address to use the system. Your IP address may not have been registered with the system, or your address may have changed. Check with your IT department to see if your IP address has changed. If not, send email to support@rfidjournal.com.
