ISO-standards

Hi. How does it work with the ISO/IEC-standards for rfid. I've seen that there is a ISO 15693 and ISO 14443 and that www.etsi.org has a standard. Can someone please tell me briefly what the different standards are about. And which of the ISO 15693 standards should I check ? (There are off course soldseveral ones) I do not feel like paying $150 for several ISO-standards.
