Wanted: locator for refrigerated containers

Hi to all,

We are a trading company from Angola-Africa. We are looking for an rf tracking system or homing signal to locate containers within
the shipyard. The ideal device would have the following:

1. A transceiver which will work from inside refrigerated metal containers
2. Ambient temperature -20ºC to 70ºC
3. Signal range within 100-200 meters
4. A reader which will identify and help locate the source of the signal, and (items 5 & 6 below) will send commands to the transceiver.

If available we would prefer devices with these added features:
5. The transceiver will be in 'sleep mode' during sea voyage and activated remotely at port terminal without opening the container.
6. Can also be deactivated remotely (return to 'sleep mode' once the container is found).
