opinion or advertisement?

Your opinion column about the online training that RFID Journal is making availble with RFID4U seems as if it is a bit selfserving, or at least could be seen that way.
I take it that since RFID Journal endorses it, then perhaps it may benefit, so is the piece a valid opinion piece, or advertisement? If its an opinion piece, then shouldn't you mention other providers of on-line training and certification help? Then having an opinion on which is better, even if its yours, perhaps would be more appropriate. Message threads
