RFID adoption questionnaire

I am doing a research for my thesis on master's degree on RFID technology and I have created a questionnaire in order to get feedback on several issues related to RFID.

I would be grateful if some of you replied to this, cause it is really important for the completion of the project.

In case someone is interested please send me a private message or an email to mitsbuc@hotmail.com, or even reply here writing his/her email so I can send him/her the questionnaire (I cannot post the file here).
