Research in RFID within the UK industry

I would like to know the results of your survey, I am a postgraduate student of Warwick University doing my research in the
area of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). My dissertation is based on
investigating the level of awareness of RFID within UK industry and looking
at the current uptake of RFID in UK identifying the determinants for the
introduction of this technology and suggesting potential solution for its
barriers.
