To work under the condition of 440F is not a problem as long as the interconnections between chip to tag antenna are made reliable with oxidation resistant materials.
As for withstanding 25 Kpsi pressure, as long as they are hydrostatic, almost all tags will support them.
As for other torque and form factor, you must define them better. As long as the chip is protected, the tag will work fine.
