Researching RFID's Impact
A doctoral student is investigating the relationship between the use of RFID and business performance and competitiveness.
I received an e-mail recently from Al-Amin Abba Dabo, a doctoral student at the Institute of Logistics and Operations Management at the University of Central Lancashire, Preston. He is undertaking a research project to investigate the relationship between the use of radio frequency identification technology by organizations worldwide and their business performance and competitiveness.
Al-Amin is interested in surveying companies globally that are employing RFID technology. "It will take only 15 minutes to complete this questionnaire," he said in his e-mail, "as most of the questions require the respondent to check a box, and it will help me enormously in my research. The information for the study and the results will be used for academic purposes only. No organizations' names will be divulged, as strict confidentiality is assured."
I encourage all companies to help Al-Amin by taking the survey. Simply click on the link below. Thank you for your cooperation.
